The open mic I host at Alor is going really well. An amazing array of talent present filled me with a new sense of community-something I have been lacking . Next one is on Monday,  March 15th. What a great opportunity to connect with other artists!

Currently I’m working on simpler and edgier compositions with Dreya, the genius. She has opened my eyes to more accessible ways of expressing myself. We are taking six songs I have written and recording them with more of a rock feel and quite an aggressive edge. What an amazing transformation she has provided me! Friday is our first recording date at IAR with Dan Grigsby.  Daniel Bradly and Steve Messina will be recording bass and drums for the first three songs we record. Should be done recording by April 24th. Fingers crossed. Then samples will be released ASAP.

The all-female project WHO IS GAIL LAINE? with fellow bandmates Dreya, Ann Marie Akash, Christina LaRocca, Christine Simon, and Jessica Macauda is a wave of fresh air. All amazing talents.

******  Next open mic appearance: Alor (2110 Richmond Rd) on May 15th  930PM

Staten Island, New York
